The Cheetah Conservation Fund

Popoki Press is dedicated to the preservation and care of animals. Bonnie’s passion is the cheetah and by the gifting of her book “The Cheetah Portal” to those who contribute to the CCF she hopes to raise awareness for this magnificent cat and help to bring her back from the brink extinction. Kenya Water Wells Trust

There is a horrific drought in Africa and the people, domesticated animals and wildlife are dying from contaminated water and unsanitary conditions. Through the Kenya Water Wells Trust, donations are being raised to drill bore holes in the rural villages of Kenya and wells are being installed. More recently, rural schools are soon to become the benefactor of the KWWT by having bathrooms installed allowing the young women to attend school during their monthly cycle rather than having to stay home one week each month and getting far behind in studies. Animal Assist Program

Popoki Press is dedicated to the preservation and care of animals on Maui, the United States and throughout the world. On Maui, Popoki Press has helped by sponsoring fundraisers and donating goods for auction. Recently with the devastation in the South Gulf states, Popoki Press has donated funds to the Humane Society of the United States in the hopes of reuniting abandoned pets with their owners. Globally, Popoki Press supports endangered species through donations to various organizations.

Children of Maui

In this age of government cutbacks, tremendous strain has been placed on our educational system. One of the first areas to be affected is often the arts. Popoki Press strongly believes these classes are key to a well-rounded education. We are currently creating a program to encourage children to write and otherwise express themselves creatively through contests that may result in a student being chosen to be published in a Popoki Press book.
